Jessica is a Senior Policy Advisor with the Canada Energy Transitions team, focusing on fossil fuel phase-out and oil and gas policy.
Jessica is a public policy professional with over a decade of policy and legislative experience across three Canadian provinces—Manitoba, Ontario, and Alberta. Her public policy work has focused primarily on educational, social, and financial policy and programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international development studies from the University of Winnipeg, as well as a master’s degree in political science from York University. She has a strong commitment to social justice, fiscal responsibility, environmental stewardship, and transformative policy change.
Jessica is based in Winnipeg, Canada.
